(business administration), 1975. Lead Revenue Specialist, Compliance Division, Comptroller of the Treasury, 1992-98 (auditor, sales & use tax division, 1975-92). Special Assistant to Director, Office of Customer Information, Maryland Transit Administration, 1998-. President, Cherry Hill Improvement Association, 1982- (founding member, 1979, member, 1979-; vice-president, 1979-82). Member, Advisory Board, South Baltimore Learning Center, 1993-; Baltimore Education and Cultural Institute, Inc., 2003-. Vice-President, Leon Day Foundation, 2006-. Member, Prince Hall Masons Enterprise Lodge no. 3, Baltimore. U.S. Presidential Award for Volunteerism, 1984. Outstanding Young Men of America Award, "Who's Who in America", 1985.
