Estates and Trusts Subcommittee started its work in January 2003, and was discontinued in 2014.
In 2003, divided into two subcommittees: Family Law, and Juvenile Law.
Family Law Subcommittee began as Family and Juvenile Law Subcommittee in 1995. In Jan. 2003, that subcommittee was divided to form Family Law Subcommittee and Juvenile Law Subcommittee. In Jan. 2021, Family Law Subcommittee and Juvenile Law Subcommittee merged to again form Family and Juvenile Law Subcommittee.
In 2003, jurisdiction shifted to House Ways and Means Committee. Originally created as Gaming Law and Regulation Subcommittee in 1995, and became Gaming Law and Enforcement Subcommittee in 1999.
Renamed Gaming Law and Enforcement Subcommittee in 1999.
Juvenile Law Subcommittee originated as Family and Juvenile Law Subcommittee in 1995. That subcommittee was separated into Juvenile Law Subcommittee and Family Law Subcommittee in Jan. 2003. A merger of these two subcommittees in Jan. 2021 reformed them into Family and Juvenile Law Subcommittee.
