Renamed Injured Workers' Insurance Fund in 1990 (Chapter 71, Acts of 1990).

DISTRICT ADVISORY BOARDS FOR THE PUBLIC DEFENDER SYSTEM
Replaced by four Public Defender Regional Advisory Boards on Oct. 1, 1996.

DOMICILIARY CARE FACILITIES BOARD
Renamed Assisted Living Programs Board in 1997 (Chapter 147, Acts of 1996).

GOVERNOR'S SUBCABINET FOR ENERGY MANAGEMENT
Inactive since Fall 1994. Interagency policy coordination and research, however, continues.

HEALTH CLAIMS ARBITRATION OFFICE
Reorganized as Health Care Alternative Dispute Resolution Office in Jan. 2005 (Chapter 5, Acts of Special Session of 2004).

INJURED WORKERS' INSURANCE FUND
In Oct. 2013, Fund converted to a nonprofit, private corporation named Chesapeake Employers' Insurance Company (Chapter 570, Acts of 2012).

INSURANCE FRAUD ADVISORY COUNCIL
Formerly under Insurance Fraud Division of Maryland Insurance Commission, Council has been inactive since 1995.

JUVENILE PROBATIONARY SCHOOL OF BALTIMORE COUNTY
Abolished in 1994 (Chapter 48, Acts of 1994).

LEAD PAINT POISONING COMMISSION
Authorization for Lead Paint Poisoning Commission ended June 30, 1994 (Chapter 406, Acts of 1992). In 1994, Lead Poisoning Prevention Commission was formed within Department of the Environment (Chapter 114, Acts of 1994).

MARYLAND EDUCATION DEVELOPMENT COLLABORATIVE
Authorization ended Sept. 30, 2021.

MARYLAND HEALTH INSURANCE PLAN
Abolished July 1, 2016 (Chapter 321, Acts of 2016).

MARYLAND HIGHER EDUCATION LOAN CORP.
On July 1, 1995, United Student Aid Funds - a private, nonprofit guaranty agency that previously had administered Federal Family Education Loan Programs - was designated by U.S. Department of Education to continue to fulfill Corporation's function. This met requirement for Corporation to dissolve before June 30, 1996 (Chapter 109, Acts of 1994).

MARYLAND HOUSING RESOURCE CORP.
Abolished in 1995 (Chapter 58, Acts of 1995).

MARYLAND VENTURE CAPITAL TRUST
Last met in Jan. 2013.

PEABODY INSTITUTE OVERSIGHT COMMITTEE
Authorization for Committee ended July 1, 1996 (Code State Finance and Procurement Article, secs. 7-317 through 7-323).

PENMAR DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION
In April 2017, PenMar Development Corporation was dissolved and all remaining assets were assigned to Washington County government (Chapter 141, Acts of 2017).

PRINCE GEORGE'S COUNTY HOSPITAL AUTHORITY
Authorization for Authority ended May 22, 2010.

PUBLIC SERVICE PARTNERSHIP PROGRAM ADVISORY BOARD
Formerly under Maryland Higher Education Commission, Board has been inactive since 1993.
