Attorney, Maguire & Brennan, 1955-67; Brennan & Brennan, 1967-84. Member, Maryland State Bar Association (board of governors, 1984); Baltimore County Bar Association (president, 1982-83). Member, Dissenters Law Club. Chair, Boy Scout Troop 750, 1966-76. Board of Trustees, Franklin Square Hospital, 1966-80. President, Middle River Optimist Club, 1967-68. Member, Immaculate Conception Roman Catholic Church, Towson. Died in Towson, Maryland, July 14, 2012.
