Born in Baltimore, Maryland, May 14, 1928. Attended Baltimore City College; University of Maryland, A.B., 1949; University of Maryland School of Law, LL.B., 1952. Admitted to Maryland Bar, 1952. Member, Maryland State and Balitmore City Bar Associations. Served in U.S. Army (sergeant), 1952-54. Executive Board, Conference of Insurance Legislators of the United States, 1972-74. Member, Beth El Congregation and Bolton Street Synagogue, Baltimore. Married; two children, four grandchildren. Died in Baltimore, Maryland, June 17, 2003.
