The Chief Judge of the Court of Appeals, by letter, appointed the Access [to Court Records] Rules Implementation Committee on April 26, 2004. The Committee was to consider what actions needed to be taken to implement new court rules on public access, including electronic access, to court records, and to formulate a plan for implementation of the new rules.
On August 29, 2005, the Committee submitted its final report.
