ALCOHOL BEVERAGE BOARD

In St. Mary's County the Board of License Commissioners is known as the Alcohol Beverage Board. Meeting monthly, the Board regulates the retail sale of alcoholic beverages in St. Mary's County (Code Alcoholic Beverages Article, secs. 28-101 through 28-2802).

In St. Mary's County, the Board's five members are appointed by the Governor with Senate advice and consent to four-year terms. The Board appoints the Administrator (Code Alcoholic Beverages Article, secs. 28-101 through 28-208).
