Born in 1968. Served in U.S. Air Force. Retired roads superintendent, Worcester County. Former plant operations manager, then general manager for an open-pit mining company, Pocomoke City. Alternate member, Legislative Committee, Maryland Association of Counties. Member, Pocomoke Fire Company (past chief). Inducted into Hall of Fame, Firefighters Historical Foundation of Delmarva, 2013. Deacon, Lynnhaven Baptist Church, Pocomoke City, Maryland (past member, finance committee; nominating committee; building & grounds committee; transportation committee). Widower; two children, six grandchildren.
