Gilbert Prendergast, Supreme Bench of Baltimore City, 1963-64. Law clerk to Judge Edward S. Northrop, U.S. District Court, District of Maryland, 1964. University of Maryland School of Law, LL.B., 1964, J.D., 1969. Admitted to Maryland Bar, 1964. Partner, Klein & Harlan, 1965. Member, Maryland State Bar Association; Baltimore City Bar Association; American Judicature Society. Instructor (paralegal program), Dundalk Community College, 1974-77. Member, Baltimore Area Council, Boy Scouts of America. Life member, Metropolitan Baltimore Chamber of Commerce. Silver Beaver Award, and Silver Antelope Award, Boy Scouts of America. Honor Award, American Federation of Police. St. George Episcopal Award, Episcopal Church and Boy Scouts of America. Married; three children, seven grandchildren. Died February 11, 2002.
